Leon Bogers

Leon Bogers is the Executive Technical Manager for Rinnai Australia and responsible for regulatory affairs.

He is an influential chair and member of various industry organizations, committees, and working groups, and is well-versed in federal and state gas, plumbing (water), and electrical safety and performance requirements and regulations, energy efficiency provisions, and the Australian regulatory and governance landscape.

Leon has broad-ranging experience and expertise, including product development from concept to launch, project management, R&D, testing, compliance, certification, documentation, OEM sourcing, manufacturing, training, servicing, and quality systems auditing, management, and industry advocacy.

Leon holds an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Management.
